We start every website design with a consultation call to discuss your desired vision and needs. Since every project is unique, you’ll receive a customized proposal tailored to the scope of work that will suit you best. Yes! In order to maintain an effective and efficient work flow process, it’s crucial that all final copy and images be provided at the start of the design process. Have questions or feeling stuck? I’m here to help and offer advice as well.

+ WILL YOU PURCHASE MY DOMAIN IF I DON’T HAVE ONE YET?

No, you will be responsible to purchasing your domain and providing Pier 9 with the access and login information. GoDaddy.com is a great cost effective resource with good online support!

+ WILL SEO BE INCLUDED WITH MY SITE?

I include basic SEO to the best of my ability. For a more advance and in-depth approach, I encourage you to connect with a professional copywriter and SEO specialist. Also, writing your copy with key words that your customers use to search for your products / services is key.

+ WILL YOU MAINTAIN MY SITE AFTER LAUNCH?

Included with your website design is a 2 week support period following the launch of your site. If you have discovered any bugs or areas that aren’t functioning well as you would like, or you simply have questions, please feel free to reach out. Here to support you in a successful launch!
